Thank you both for your patience with our book situation. I hope this finds both of you in a good place with this class and life. I appreciate the wonderful and touching insights regarding the book and our class posts. Heidi your courage and strength is an inspiration. Yes, when we look at our students and kids with the correct lens they can invigorate and motivate us to continue to grow professionally and personally.
Continue to reflect and grow. Remember, change is inevitable--growth is optional!

Thank you for making my week! Things have been really rough around my house for the past couple of months with trying to find a teaching job and trying to contribute some kind of income into my home. This class, readings,blogs, and interactions have really made me analyze things under a different eye. Thank you.
This class came at the perfect time. I have a very challenging group of students this year and the blogs, text, and reflections have really helped. Thanks for another great class.

I am so thankful I took two of your classes this summer. I was feeling a little burnt out with teaching summer school and needed some time to regroup for the new school year. Your classes really helped rejuvinate me and I really feel refreshed to start my new school year and I have a lot of ideas to use in my classroom as well. Thanks for teaching two great classes! I will take more in the future.
